What are the chances of having the repeater streamed over the batc.tv site?
or better still being able to access and go out on the repeater via the internet? or linking to other ATV repeaters.
The latter option could help to increase activity.
Only asking as I live just out of the predicted range of the repeater BUT should be able to help with getting a decent internet connection to the site, or provide a stream into batc.tv servers?
Thoughts please?

Hi Gary
I think it will be a good idea to try and stream the repeater to the BATC website
Kay and I have already discussed this and may have a solution
Thanks for your input

Hi Gary
The repeater is now being streamed over the internet, and is also available on our own website. We have a minor problem to sort out, and thats the audio feed... For some reason although the drivers are installed correctly, the windows 8 PC refuses to actually acknowledge the existance of the streamer - although it works okay with the video!
At least you can watch what is happening on the repeater.

Hi Kay,
great work on the live feed!
Excellent quality.
What is the current situation on the feed from the camera that is on site?

Hi Gary
Its been on most of the time recently, but during rain, static seems to interfere with the graphic generator which is weird! So during heavy rain, I tend to turn it off. I'll be turning it back on this morning.
Little problem with receive again at the moment, its gone insensitive yesterday which we will be investigating over this weekend.

Hi Gary
Just an update to this topic...
The streaming now contains audio, a little problematic to sort out, but the full details are under the news and status section.

Hiya Kay,
thanks for the update! a little long winded for the audio/video streaming solution...
Now the stream is live I will have another go at receiving YT from my home QTH with the BATC mini tuner.
I will post my results when I get chance to do this as spare time is extremely rare at the moment!
